Theatre adapter for 7-40 - used with B&O SMI

When using the Bang & Olufsen SMI - Screen Mount Interface (not supplied by STBbrackets), you will be able to correctly adjust the position of your TV screen over Beosound Theatre in the normal way. If you wish to make exact adjustments, using the SMI from your Bang & Olufsen dealer is the perfect solution for you.

Theatre adapter for 7-40 - used with B&O SMI is engineered to mount Theatre to your existing BeoVision 7 40 stand with any TV screen up to 77". It is compatible with all three SMI adapters.

Without SMI - Screen Mount Interface
Theatre adapter for 7-40 - includes VESA 300 TV mount
Theatre adapter for 7-40 - includes VESA 400 TV mount

If you are not using the Bang & Olufsen Screen Mount Interface - SMI, you will mount the Theatre and TV screen independently of each other. It is not possible to move the TV forwards or backwards. Therefore, you cannot position your screen exactly over the middle of Theatre. In addition, you can only move the screen up and down in steps of 25mm, so the space between Theatre and the TV screen will be in the range 7-32mm

Different TV screens use different fixings called VESA. We make a VESA 300 for any TV using 200mm or 300mm fixings (search on-line to find the VESA used on your TV). If your TV uses VESA 400 fixings, you should select our VESA 400 adapter.

It is not possible in any situation to use the motor in the stand, you will be able to manually turn the TV stand by a total of 70 degrees (this rotation is the same as the motor turn angle).
